비틀즈 닮았다는 평가가 많은데, 실제로 그런 분위기가 느껴진다. 비틀즈가 키우고 있던 밴드라서 아무래도 그랬을 것이다. 확 끌리는 곡은 없지만, 좋은 곡들이 많다.

사이키델릭한 분위기의 Constitution, 예전에 많이 들어서 익숙해 있던 Timeless 등이 좋은 곡이긴 하지만, 지금까지의 앨범들보다는 조금 덜한 앨범이다.

As Badfinger were completing work on their last album for Apple Records, Ass, the band's manager, Stan Polley, signed them to a three-year, six-album deal with Warner Bros. Records. As a result, shortly after the band and producer Chris Thomas completed recording of Ass, they found themselves back in the studio making a new album for Warner.

 

구슬픈 기타소리가 좋은 Lonely You, 제임스 갱의 Alexis 의 후반부 연주를 떠올리게 하는 Give It Up 등이 괜찮지만, 계약에 쫓겨 발매한 것이라 그런지 함량이 부족하다.

앙징맞은 기타간주가 있는 Your So Fine, 그리고 앨범 후반부에 있는 곡들은 대체로 좋은데, 잘 알려져 있지 않은 듯 하다. 대형 히트곡은 없지만 밴드의 제일 좋은 앨범이다.

At the behest of Chicago musicians Joe Tansin (guitar/vocals) and Kenny Harck (drums), the then-unemployed Joey Molland formed a new group with the duo in Los Angeles. Molland later enticed his fellow former Badfinger member Tom Evans to also join the unnamed band.

 

After the band shopped demonstration records around the L.A. area, they discovered they would have more marketing power if they revived the Badfinger moniker. Although the name helped the group open doors to potential record labels, it also caused an inequality and friction between old and new Badfinger members within the band.

 

Badfinger 의 두 멤버가 있긴 했지만, Pete Ham 이 없으니 그 음악이 연속성이 있을리 없었다. Lost Inside Your Love 정도는 예전 Badfinger 음악분위기가 나긴 했지만, 다른 곡들은 그냥 평범한 팝송같다.
